I have read the Terms and Conditions below and agree to abide by them. Enclosed is $75.00 consignment fee per mule for the Texas Sale OR $50.00 consignment fee per mule for the Kentucky Sale. This fee will not be refunded. In addition to the catalog fee, a 7% commission will be charged on all mules sold. There will be no pass out (PO) fee. There will be no alley trading/pen hooking. There will be no substitution of cataloged mules. I have read the auction rules and agree to be bound by them. I understand that all mules must be broke to work or ride. All mules must have a negative Coggins test within 6 months of sale date. I will have proper interstate health certificates for all mules entering the Commonwealth of Kentucky or State of Texas. In further consideration, I agree to indemnify and defend Kelso Mules, its agents and associates, Murray State University, its agents and associates, Hopkins County Civic Center, its agents or associates, Jody Kelso, Justin Kelso, Johnny Kelso, et al, from all injury, loss of equipment, loss of animal or damages to myself, my animals, or damages or injury to others or lien property from my animals by entering this mule sale. The undersigned, by executing this instrument, delivers said property to Kelso Mules agents, authorizes the sale thereof at public auction for his account according to its usual custom, and represents the same is clear of all encumbrances and may be legally sold.
 
 
We feel it is very valuable to include a GOOD photo of your mule. This means the photo should be taken in an open area with the mule standing at halter or saddled, feet square, ears forward, and in good flesh. Indicate if you will be mailing or e-mailing a photo to us.
